Pahel Audiology and Hearing Aid Center, Inc., in Greensboro and Madison, was established in September 1980 by audiologist Carey W. Pahel. Dr. Pahel continues to own and manage the company. Pahel Audiology and Hearing Aid Center, Inc. is the longest continually operating Audiology private practice in North Carolina and one of the oldest Audiology Centers in the Southeast. The Madison, North Carolina location currently is the only private practice Audiology Center in Rockingham County.
